These unique vintage Manolo Blahniks Carolyne slingbacks are in a beautiful dove grey satin with pale grey leather detailing. These gorgeous shoes have a pointed toe and we especially love the swirl leather detail. There is a small strip of elastic at the back of the heels for easy entry.
